Charles S. Beach 

After graduation from law school, Mr. Beach began work for the Cook County Public Defender, where he was stationed at the ChicagoTraffic Center. Then he began work as a clerk to Appellate Court Justice Judith Koehler. He has been elected chair of Chicago Bar Association Traffic Law Committee five times. Mr. Beach has spoken at seminars hosted by the Chicago Bar Association, the Cook County State’s Attorneys Office, The Chicago Police Academy and the Cook County Public Defender’s Office.  Mr. Beach is an author on Practice and Procedure at the Chicago Traffic Center for the Illinois Institute on Continuing Legal Education.  Mr. Beach received his J.D. from DePaul DePaul College of Law and his B.S. in finance and insurance from Michigan State University.  Mr. Beach is licensed in both Illinois and Michigan.

Sarah Manning 

After graduating from law school, Mrs. Manning began working for Charles S. Beach.  She has been in court every day since receiving her bar results.  She assists Mr. Beach in prepping many of his speaking engagements related to DUI law and has handled many of their felony cases.  Beyond her work in court, she also updates the firm's website and social media accounts.  She is the Second Vice President of the Women's Criminal Defense Bar Association, she is active on the Associate Board of the Sargent Shriver Center on Poverty Law, the national board for Peace Brigades International-USA, and The John Marshall Law School Young Alumni Council.  She received her J.D. from The John Marshall Law School and her B.A. in political science and philosophy from Northern Kentucky University.  She is licensed to practice in Illinois.
